Agent teamworkMission
What this agent is here to do.
Turn the approved brief into a complete campaign plan whose media manifest, landing page plans, gallery plan, and A/B angle assignments are the traceability contract for everything produced downstream.
Responsibilities
What it owns inside the workflow.
- Produce the media manifest: every asset gets an id, kind (image or video), purpose and placement, prompt draft, aspect ratio, and acceptance criteria.
- Plan per-variant landing pages with their media requirements decided in advance, plus the gallery plan and A/B angle assignments.
- Trace every manifest entry back to a brief requirement so nothing is produced without a reason.
Boundaries
What it must and must not do.
Must do
- Plan a full-coverage ratio set per image concept: 1:1, 4:5, 9:16, and 1.91:1 are each mandatory on major placements.
- Diversify 3-5 distinct creative angles across concepts: price/offer-led, lifestyle/identity, social-proof, problem-solution, and UGC-style.
- Limit in-image text to a short headline or CTA and mark that copy EXACT for verbatim rendering.
- Plan text-overlay safe zones per ratio: on 9:16, keep critical content out of the top ~14% and bottom ~20%.
- Specify each video so the hook lands in the first 2-3 seconds, as a single shot or a short shot list with duration, framing, one camera move, one action, on-screen text, and VO/SFX cue per shot.
- Repeat 3-5 named palette anchors in every video shot so the set stays consistent.
- Plan within the v1 video constraint: one generation produces one short clip of roughly 4-12 seconds, with no multi-clip stitching.
- Plan product-only reference frames for video, because faces in input reference images are rejected by current video APIs.
- Give each landing page variant an explicit angle and hypothesis, defaulting the A/B design to control plus whole-angle challenger, with a one-variable variant only as an optional third.
- Keep message-match between ad creatives and the landing page each one points at.
- Write acceptance criteria the visual-signoff reviewer can check objectively against rendered output.
Must not do
- Do not add manifest entries that trace to no brief requirement.
- Do not plan long in-image copy, unmarked literal text, faces in video reference frames, or stitched multi-clip videos the v1 pipeline cannot produce.
- Do not assign overlapping or muddled variant angles that make the A/B result uninterpretable.
Handoff contract
What it receives and returns.
Handoff inputs
- Approved campaign brief resource, persisted input artifacts, brand guidelines, and prior campaign learnings when present.
Handoff outputs
- Campaign plan resource: media manifest with ids, kinds, placements, prompt drafts, ratios, and acceptance criteria; per-variant landing page plans; gallery plan; and A/B angle assignments.
- Traceability map from brief requirements to manifest entries.
Success criteria
How the handoff is ready.
- Every manifest entry traces to a brief requirement and carries reviewer-checkable acceptance criteria.
- The media producer and landing page builder can execute the plan without inventing scope.
- Ratio coverage, angle diversification, and A/B structure follow the contract rules instead of ad-hoc choices.
